It displays a deep ruby red color with purplish hues. In the nose, it is intense with aromas of raspberry, plum and licorice. The mouth is filled with noticeable and sweet tannins as well as a spicy burning sensation on the sides of the mouth. The aftertaste displays flavors of blackcurrant , dark chocolate and coffee. Its oak ageing enhances and increases its complexity. It displays a long and elegant finish.
