Each batch of the Chopin Chopin Vodka Family Reserve Extra Rare Young Potato Vodka is quadruple-distilled exclusively from a Chopin Vodka special variety of young potatoes planted in their estate. Because of their low starch content, at least 25lbs of potatoes are required to create a Chopin Vodka single bottle resulting in a sweeter and faintly earthy vodka Chopin Vodka which is then rested for 2 years in 50-year-old Chopin Vodka Polish oak barrels. Following this long mellowing period, the finished vodka is then Chopin Vodka brought to proof using pristine Polish water before finally being bottled.
